Sasquatch™ Hangerless Gutter Protection System

E-Z Gutter Guard's newest and most durable gutter protection — a hangerless system that installs WITH your gutter and locks into the front hem for continuous, end-to-end reinforced strength. Built from solid, perforated, painted .019" high-strength aluminum (with a .022" heavy-duty Arctic Extreme option) that won't rust, buckle, or warp. A patent-pending rear screw ledge lets installers pre-start screws on the ground for fast, direct fascia attachment. Available in black, 5" and 6" widths, 7.5' lengths (screws included), with an optional Fine Debris Filter for pine needles and oak pollen. Meets ASTM 2768 & 2886 fire standards and carries a lifetime, limited, transferrable warranty.

E-Z-Leaf Destroyer — stainless-steel snap-in filter

The only stainless-steel filter that snaps into a standard gutter with spring tension — no fasteners. A tightly woven, heavy-gauge stainless micro-mesh with aluminum edges and a continuous bead lock; a patent-pending inverted arch forces rainwater into the gutter while debris sheds off the front. The ~700-micron mesh blocks fine debris and wind-borne embers, and meets the ANSI 63-2013 rainwater-harvesting standard. Comes in 4' lengths, 5" and 6" widths.

E-Z-Leaf Protection — painted aluminum covers

Perforated painted .019" aluminum covers with seven patented recessed louvers that sweep debris — including pine needles and oak pollen — over the front while handling the heaviest water loads. Installs under the shingles and fastens to the front of the gutter with the built-in stainless-steel screws. Available in White, Clay, Royal Brown, Black, and Copper; 4' lengths in 5", 6", and 7" widths.

Powder-coated steel & premium aluminum screens

E-Z's original workhorse screens are made from .028 expanded galvanized steel powder-coated for maximum durability — available in medium or small holes and in snap-in (no-fastener) or screw-down styles. For salt-spray and extreme environments, powder-coated and mill-finish aluminum screens resist corrosion while handling the heaviest debris loads. Built to fire-harden your home

Open gutters packed with dry leaves and pine needles are a prime ignition point for wind-borne embers — the leading cause of home loss in wildfires. E-Z's non-combustible metal guards are tested to ASTM E84 (flame spread), ASTM E2768 (30-minute flame propagation), and ASTM E2886 (ember intrusion), and are compatible with Class A fire-rated assemblies and Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) codes such as California Building Code Chapter 7A. Unlike plastic, PVC, or foam guards, metal won't melt or feed a fire.

Which E-Z Gutter Guard product is right for me?

It depends on your debris and gutters. Stainless micro-mesh (E-Z-Leaf Destroyer) is best for fine debris and embers; painted aluminum louvered covers (E-Z-Leaf Protection) shed heavy leaf loads; powder-coated steel screens are a durable, budget-friendly workhorse; and the Sasquatch™ hangerless system installs with the gutter for maximum strength. Do E-Z Gutter Guards help protect against wildfire embers?

Yes. Open gutters full of dry debris are a common ignition point for wind-borne embers. E-Z's non-combustible metal guards are tested to ASTM E84, ASTM E2768 (flame spread), and ASTM E2886 (ember intrusion), and are compatible with Class A assemblies and Wildland-Urban Interface codes like California Building Code Chapter 7A. Plastic, PVC, and foam guards are not recommended in fire-prone areas.

Are these different from the plastic gutter guards at the hardware store?

Very. E-Z Gutter Guards are heavy-gauge metal — powder-coated steel, aluminum, or stainless-steel mesh — engineered for heavy debris and water loads and fire resistance. Plastic, PVC, foam, and brush guards can sag, degrade in UV, and melt or burn, and are banned by the International Wildland-Urban Interface Code in WUI zones.

What sizes and colors are available?

Most products come in 5" and 6" gutter widths (some covers also in 7"), in 4' or 7.5' lengths. Painted aluminum covers are available in White, Clay, Royal Brown, Black, and Copper; the Sasquatch™ system comes in black. Tell us your gutter size and we'll confirm availability.
